How to Order

The simplest way to order is on-line.  Please use the shopping cart for all orders. 

Simply click ‘Add to cart’ button next to the item you would like to buy, you can then either pay for you items directly or continue to browse the shop and click ‘Go to checkout’ when you are ready. 

Payment can be made through Paypal, which is a secure site.  It is not necessary to be a Paypal account holder as payments can be made using a credit/debit card.

Alternatively you can pay by cheque; when asked for method of payment click on ‘Email’. 

Once the order has been placed an automatic email will be sent to you.  Please print this and post to us with your cheque.  Or alternatively you can simply post the cheque quoting your order number.  Cheques need to payable to Sophia Raja and need to be in pounds sterling. 

Delivery

• Delivery within the UK is free.
• Delivery outside the UK will cost £4.50.
• We aim to dispatch orders within 7 days.
  
  

Returns

If you need to return an item please email us as at sales@sophiaraja.com as soon as possible.  Items need to be returned in their original condition within 7 days. 

For reasons of health and safety earrings for pierced ears cannot be exchanged or refunded.

We cannot accept liability for items lost or damaged in the post.  Items are the customer’s responsibility until we receive them in their original condition.  It is crucial that you obtain proof of postage.

We pay for return postage costs on faulty items only.

Picture Accuracy

A special effort is made to ensure that the photographs represent a true picture of each piece of jewellery.  Please be aware that due to the different monitor resolutions and computer set-up, some variation may occur.
